Francois LeGrande

He is the butler of the Biskits who often talks. He helps the Biskit twins with some of their devious plots. In the episode The Pet Fest pt.2, he is fired by the Biskit twins but is later re-hired by their father. It's revealed he has a family that farms chinchillas.
